Tucked away amongst lush green trees, this 1890s farmhouse offers seclusion on 3+ acres within walking distance of the historic downtown area where you will find restaurants, shopping, antique stores, museums, and a unique pedestrian suspension bridge.

Cottage Grove is also the "covered bridge capitol" of Oregon.  Eight covered bridges can be visited in one afternoon!

There are two golf courses, and two 5,000+ acre lakes.

There is easy access (1/2 mile) to the Row River Bicycle Trail, a paved railroad route.  It is 22 miles in length, passing alongside Dorena Lake.
